Il territorio di Castiadas con i suoi 13 km di costa, con incantevoli spiagge di sabbia fine e paesaggi immersi nel verde, rappresenta uno dei comuni più suggestivi della regione Sardegna. Direttamente sul mare, a pochi km da Costa Rei e dalla rinomata Villasimius, in una baia di sabbia fine tra le più belle della Sardegna si trova l'Alma Resort. La struttura è composta da un corpo centrale dove si trova il ristorante, e da gruppi di villette a schiera in tipico stile sardo, rivestite esternamente con pietra e colori in tinte pastello, che ospitano le camere. Tutte le camere dispongono di servizi privati con asciugacapelli, telefono, tv lcd, aria condizionata, cassetta di sicurezza, minifrigo. Presenza di camere per disabili. Il ristorante panoramico con vista su Cala Sinzias offre piatti tipici sardi e nazionali con servizio a buffet con possibilità di scelta tra tre primi e due secondi con insalate varie, carne e pesce tutti i giorni, frutta e dolce. La colazione è servita da un buffet dolce e salato. Staff di animazione con attività diurne e serali.
